Annual Membership
National Fraternities and other groups, with frequent property transition, subscribe to Greekhousing.net. Included in the subscription is the ability to view all property available. Member Group representatives will be able to accomplish the following on the site when seeking property:
- Access general information regarding Higher Education, Greek organizations, and best practices regarding property transition.
- Connect to the relevant host institution section and gain slightly more specific information regarding climate on the particular campus.
- Review specifications on all available property including pictures and optional video.
- Access contact information on listed properties.
Listing Member
Member Groups wishing to list property will be provided a Property Specification Template to complete and Greekhousing.net will list the information consistently. Pictures and Virtual Tours are optional, but highly encouraged. Listing Member Group representatives will be able to accomplish the following on the site when seeking property:
- Listing Member Groups will also enjoy access general information regarding Higher Education, Greek organizations, and best practices regarding property transition.
- Listing Member Groups will be able to connect to the relevant host institution section and gain slightly more specific information regarding the climate on the particular campus.
- They will be able to survey the market by reviewing specifications on all available property including pictures and optional video.
- Listing Member Groups will also be able to access contact information on listed properties.
Limited Access
Groups with less frequent property transition such as local corporations, and universities may enjoy limited access to Greekhousing.net. Limited Access Members will enjoy the following benefits of membership for a specified amount of time:
